Orders ship within 1-2 business days. This is the processing time before shipment; delivery time is additional.

To request a return, email returns@rayeformpilates.com within 14 days after delivery. Socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us for return instructions before mailing your item.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
