Chelesta “Raye” Amerson
Founder | Certified Pilates InstructorChelesta was first introduced to Pilates in 2002, after the birth of her daughter. Years later, she returned to the practice with a deeper appreciation for the strength, control, and intention behind the method. That renewed connection eventually led her to pursue instructor certification and share Pilates with others. Rooted in classical Pilates, her teaching honors the Mat as the foundation-emphasizing control, precision, and purposeful movement from the Mat to the Reformer and beyond.
